Processing Orders

View all your customers and orders online

Once you've start receiving your orders, you can easily and quickly view all your past and present orders and customers from any computer on the internet. You can also allow your customers to make an account, allowing them to log-in to complete a new order, making it more easy and enticing for you customers to make place repeat orders without having to re-enter all their personal details.

Order processing in Magento is everything you'd want it to be. Using the advanced Magento admin system you are able to carry out a variety of tasks with each order so that you can process it as you want.

  1. You receive email notification of the order. In the backend you will see everything to do with the order including:
    1. Payment details
    2. Order no
    3. Shipping and billing address
    4. Items ordered
    5. Shipping method
    6. Buyer details.
  2. Now you can invoice the order. You have the option to email an invoice to the customer.
  3. Invoiced orders can be easily printed.
  4. Once payment has been received you can change the order status to shipped. The customer can be emailed confirmation that the order is dispatched.
  5. You can invoice and ship items individually or as a whole order.
  6. If the order needs to be refunded, you can create a credit note at any time.
